Car Service FAQ

What is a Beijing private car with driver?

A dedicated vehicle with a professional local driver for airport transfers, Great Wall day trips, or city sightseeing. Unlike taxis or ride-hailing apps, the driver waits for you at each stop and follows your custom itinerary.

What is the difference between half-day and full-day charter?

A half-day charter (4 hours) suits one major central sight plus lunch — for example the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. A full-day charter (8 hours) is the standard choice for a Great Wall day trip, or a packed day combining two or three sights. Both include the vehicle, driver, fuel, tolls and parking, and the driver waits at every stop.

What does the charter price include?

Prices are per vehicle per charter and include the vehicle, your driver, fuel, expressway tolls and parking fees. Entrance tickets and meals are not included. Overtime and night surcharges are confirmed before booking.

How do airport transfers work?

Airport transfers (PEK and PKX) are fixed one-way rates with 60 minutes of free waiting time for delayed flights. Your driver waits in the arrival hall holding a sign with your name. Airport and railway-station transfers are priced as fixed rides, not by the hourly charter window.

Can I use the car for a flight layover or on departure day?

Yes. For layovers of 6 hours or more, a half-day charter can fit the Forbidden City, the Summer Palace, or the Olympic Park with your luggage held in the car. On departure day we time the drop-off to your flight and allow buffer for Beijing traffic.

Can the same driver cover several days or other cities?

Yes. Multi-day bookings keep one familiar driver and one vehicle throughout, with the daily rate quoted as a package. Drivers can also travel to nearby cities such as Tianjin, Datong and Baoding.
