1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Beijing Wonder Tours website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Beijing Wonder Tours provides private and small-group tour services in Beijing and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Great Wall day trips and multi-day tours
• Forbidden City and Beijing city tours
• Customized private tour packages
• Airport and train station transfers
• Hotel booking assistance
• Travel consulting and itinerary planning

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking Process

To book a tour, you may submit an inquiry through our website, email, WhatsApp, WeChat, or phone. We will provide a detailed quote and itinerary within 24 hours. Booking is confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit and signed confirmation.

3.2 Payment Terms

• A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking
• The remaining balance is payable upon arrival in Beijing or before the tour starts
• We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, WeChat Pay, and Alipay
• Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Customer

• Cancellation 7 or more days before tour start: Full refund of deposit
• Cancellation 3-6 days before tour start: 50% refund of deposit
• Cancellation less than 3 days before tour start: No refund of deposit
• No-show on tour day: Full tour charge applies

4.2 Cancellation by Beijing Wonder Tours

We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or insufficient participants. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or alternative tour dates.

4.3 Deposit Transfer

Deposits may be transferred to another tour or date within 6 months of the original booking, subject to availability.

5. Tour Inclusions and Exclusions

5.1 Included in Standard Tours

• Professional English-speaking guide (other languages available upon request)
• Private air-conditioned vehicle with experienced driver
• Hotel pickup and drop-off within Beijing city limits
• Fuel, tolls, and parking fees
• Bottled water during the tour

5.2 Not Included (unless specified)

• Entrance tickets to attractions
• Meals and drinks
• Gratuities for guide and driver
• Personal expenses
• Travel insurance

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Having valid travel documents including passport and visa
• Arriving at the designated meeting point on time
• Following guide instructions for safety
• Respecting local customs and regulations
• Informing us of any medical conditions or special requirements

7. Health and Safety

While we take all reasonable measures to ensure your safety, customers participate in tours at their own risk. We recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. We are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from customer negligence, force majeure, or third-party actions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Beijing Wonder Tours and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Beijing Wonder Tours shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific tour service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation or by the competent courts in Beijing.
