Cancellation Policy
Clear and fair terms if your travel plans change
This Cancellation Policy documents the original booking policy of Jacks Beijing Tour (beijing-privatetour.com), preserved for reference. For current bookings with Beijing Wonder Tours, the cancellation and deposit terms confirmed on your booking confirmation (see also our Terms of Service) govern your reservation.
We understand that travel plans can sometimes change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel your trip to China, we will do our best to handle the process clearly and fairly. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- More than 30 days before departure: You will receive a full refund of the tour payment.
- 15–30 days before departure: 50% of the tour payment will be refunded.
- Within 15 days before departure or no-show: Unfortunately, no refund can be provided, as arrangements for guides, vehicles, and attraction tickets will have already been confirmed.
After the Tour Has Started
Please note that once the tour has started, refunds cannot be issued for any unused services due to early departure, late arrival, missed tour days, or other personal reasons.
If Your Plans Change
If your travel plans change, please contact us as soon as possible. In many cases, we will do our best to assist with date adjustments or alternative arrangements whenever possible.
